That's the gap you'll close.

 

As our AI Transformation Consultant, you'll sit right next to the people doing the work and help them rebuild their daily habits around frontier AI apps. You'll teach prompting, design reusable workflows, build custom agents and skills inside the tools, and make adoption actually stick. This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for someone who is a genuine power user of AI — not a backend engineer.

What we are looking for?

  • 2-3 years in AI adoption, change enablement, digital transformation, L&D, consulting, product operations, or business analysis — or equivalent hands-on experience.

  • A true power user of at least one frontier AI app (Claude, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or ChatGPT), with strong, teachable prompting skills.

  • Comfort configuring agents, skills, and GPTs inside apps — no coding required, but you're the person who figures out how to make the tool do the thing.

  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills — you're genuinely at ease in front of clients and users, translating between business needs and AI capabilities.

  • A solid grasp of how AI supports knowledge work: research, drafting, summarization, analysis, knowledge retrieval, and decision support.

  • An analytical mindset for tracking adoption, usage, and impact.

  • Keen on Business Understand processes, business challenges and opportunities and you have the curiosity to find solutions with AI

Job Description:

  • Coach people, one-on-one and in groups — run hands-on sessions, workshops, clinics, and office hours that help users apply AI to their actual daily tasks: drafting, research, summarization, analysis, meeting prep, reporting, and more.

  • Teach great prompting — and make it repeatable. Build prompt libraries, workflow playbooks, quick-start guides, demos, and FAQs that people can reuse without you in the room.

  • Build agents and skills inside the apps — create custom agents, assistants, and "skills" using Copilot Agents, Claude (Projects & Skills), and Gemini Gems. Configured, not coded.

  • Find the use cases that matter — work with each team to identify high-value, repeatable tasks and match them to the right tool and workflow.

  • Drive adoption end to end — stakeholder engagement, change management, and building AI champion communities that share wins and reusable workflows across teams.

  • Close the feedback loop — capture user pain points, questions, and successful prompt patterns, then turn them into better enablement and tooling.

  • Track what's working — monitor adoption KPIs like usage, satisfaction, time-to-proficiency, training completion, and productivity signals.

  • Promote responsible use — help users understand data privacy, security, model limitations, and governance in

Nice to Have:

  • Change management frameworks (ADKAR / Prosci), readiness planning, stakeholder mapping.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and collaboration tools (Teams, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Forms).

  • Experience with adoption dashboards, surveys, feedback loops, or champion networks.

  • Exposure to low-code/no-code automation, prompt libraries, or knowledge assistants.

  • Fluency in [Greek and English / additional languages].
